What room types does the hotel have?
Silver, Gold, Platinum family rooms and maisonettes. All have blackout curtains and a private bathroom with toiletries, robes and a hairdryer. Some rooms face the Pirin mountains.
How many people fit in a room?
Silver double — 2 beds plus a cot, no space for a third adult. Gold double — 2 or 3 beds with room for 1 extra bed. Family room — 3 beds plus 1 extra, or 4 beds plus 1–2 extra. Maisonette with terrace — 2 beds plus 1 extra.
What is in the room?
A television, minibar and air conditioning. The rooms are soundproofed and each has its own bathroom with a shower or bath, depending on the type.
What is the minimum stay?
Two nights.
Which meals are included?
Rates are for bed, breakfast and dinner. On a bed-and-breakfast basis the rate is 10 euro per day lower for an adult and 5 euro lower for a child aged 6 to 12.99.
