How to get here

By car from Sofia — about 160 km, two hours. Take the Struma motorway to Simitli, then turn off through Razlog. The stretch after Simitli is mountain road; winter tyres are compulsory from 15 November to 1 March.

From Sofia Airport — about 2 hours 15 minutes by car or transfer.

By bus — regular coaches from Sofia Central Bus Station, around 3 hours. Bansko bus station is in the centre of town.

By train — Bansko is a stop on the Septemvri – Dobrinishte narrow-gauge line. Slow, but one of the most beautiful railway journeys in the Balkans.

Getting to the lift, and parking

The hotel is at 37B Glazne Street. A scheduled hotel shuttle runs to the gondola and is included in the room rate — no moving the car or hunting for a space in the morning.

Guests arriving by car have an outdoor car park at the hotel, subject to availability.
